Refunds & Exchanges

Due to health regulations we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased products. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind or returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom/special orders. All sales are considered final.

Damaged Goods

If the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you, we will replace the damaged/faulty products.  Please note that we require photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of Das Creations and may not be offered if we believe your claim is false. 

The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
